Sorry for posting this and taking it down ...I was just very unsatisfied with the composition at first.

Story
-----------------------

The drow necromancer Midiuth, creator of the white skinned drow, the Nachoma Drow, that now serve him within his “living city” along side his other dark elf compatriots, draws his power from the bond he has created with the ‘ilhar jo’ l’ sharen” or in the common language, “The mother of the minds.” A creature of immense power.

The ‘mother” is a creature that spans miles throughout the Underdark and is centered in the Living City. The creature bonds with Midiuth both mentally and sometimes as you can see here, physically. The creature reforms Midiuth’s body to keep him young and infuses his mind with the wisdom of long dead dwarven kings, wayward elves and mighty men as well as the experiences of all it has absorbed or come in contact with. The creature has increased his necromantic studies and powers a thousand fold.

When Midiuth is not physically bonded with the creature, he is still mentally and magically bonded with it, being able to draw on its powers as if they were his own.

King of the Underdark, he wishes to be. Already lord over Living City which spans miles of the Underdark and even reaches to the surface world of Rashemen, it is really the domination of Undrek‘Thoz and the foothold on the surface world that is his first, ultimate goal.

When bonded with the creature his ability to give mental sendings to those he desires is increased so that he can intrude into the dreams, thoughts and waking reverie of those even on the surface world, even against their will.

He is always searching for those who would aid his cause to destroy the Lolth worshippers, always sending his mind out and searching for those who would find mutual benefit with his cause.

What you witness now is one of those physical bondings that Midiuth has with this powerful creature. It is called “The Corporeal Reformation”. It is when the creature reforms his body and makes him young and strong again and at the same time infuses his mind with as much wisdom as possible.

I could go on, but my quill is running out of ink. So, I will tell you more and show you more later.

Love the art work alone, but that small look into the story is wonderful, dark, and creepy! It adds a lot to what you see and makes me want to know more :D
Great job!
